Photographer Criteria
- Be creative with a sharp eye for stunning shots
- Have excellent technical and photographic skills
- Master IT tools like Photoshop and Lightroom
- Know the basics of aviation (aircraft types, maneuvers)
- Be a collaborative team player
- Commit to attending at least 2 airshows per year
Videographer Criteria
- Be creative with keen attention to detail
- Edit raw footage into captivating film clips
- Have top-notch technical and videography skills
- Excel in tools like Vegas Pro or Premiere
- Understand aviation basics (flight dynamics, terminology)
- Be a team player with a can-do attitude
- Attend at least 2 airshows or interviews yearly
Writer Criteria
- Be a stellar researcher with a creative spark
- Have meticulous attention to detail
- Possess excellent literary and written English skills
- Write in a clear, entertaining style that hooks readers
- Have solid aviation knowledge (history, tech, events)
- Commit to 2+ reviews or articles per year
